Hank is a big, lovable goofball with a heart as big as his paws! This friendly giant is full of personality. He loves people, adores playtime with his toys, and will happily keep you laughing with his silly antics (and maybe a little drool).

Hank has lived with another dog before and shows interest in making new dog friends. However, due to his size and excitement, he can be reactive when seeing other dogs on leash. Slow, structured introductions are important for helping him succeed in new canine friendships. He’s very strong on leash and will need a guardian committed to helping him with his leash manners and ongoing training.

Though Hank settles well on his own, he thrives when he’s around his people and would love a home where he gets plenty of interaction and attention. Because he doesn’t quite know his own size, a home without small children would be best as he might knock them over just trying to show affection.
