Cleo is looking for her furever home now that she has overcome a long recovery here with us in care. She came to us malnourished and had to be re-introduced to regular feedings so that her system wasn’t overwhelmed.

She has been feeling so much better lately and her personality is really shining through, she is super sweet and LOVES to cuddle but is also an active girl looking for a home where she can be a puppy again!

Cleo can be reactive and picky with other dogs and would likely prefer to be an only child. We also have no history of her with cats.

She does well with slow feed dishes and food puzzles for her meals and as added enrichment throughout her day.
She can be quite vocal and likes to talk, so may not be suited for apartment living!

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting!

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.

Animals cannot be held for potential adopters for more than 24 hours without a legitimate reason.
