Monty is a sweet and affectionate boy who’s looking for a special home to call his own. He came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past-but what we do know is that he absolutely loves people. This friendly fellow soaks up attention and isn’t shy about letting you know when he wants more-he can be quite the talker!

Monty has been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). To keep his tummy happy, he’ll need to stay on a special hypoallergenic diet. He’s currently finishing up a round of medication, and so far things are looking good. His future family should be prepared to manage his condition, including possible flare-ups or changes in medication down the line. Because of his dietary needs, Monty should remain an indoor-only cat to prevent him from eating anything that could trigger a reaction.

Monty would make a wonderful companion for someone ready to give him the care he needs-and all the love he deserves.
