Meet Elsa!

Elsa is a sweet and gentle girl who arrived at the shelter with her older brother, Sven. These two are a bonded pair and are looking for a loving home together where they can truly thrive.
Elsa is a bit on the timid side and often looks to Sven for reassurance-but once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines through. She loves gentle pets and has plenty of love to give! Despite her shyness, Elsa has a playful spirit. She enjoys racing around the yard, often zooming circles around Sven-classic little sibling behavior!
Elsa is still learning to walk on a leash, so she’ll need a patient and supportive adopter who’s ready to help her build confidence at her own pace.

Do you think you could be Elsa and Sven’s person? Here are some ways to find out:

1.) Visit our centre to meet this pet during adoption viewings Friday to Wednesday noon to 3pm, learn more about their ideal match, and apply to adopt in person; or
2.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

*Side note: the more you add to your application about you and what you are looking for in a canine companion, the better we can match animals with adopters!
