Meet Casper!

Casper is around 2 years old and came to us as part of a larger group of dogs. From the start, he’s been one of the bravest and most outgoing of the bunch. He’s a staff favorite thanks to his friendly, easygoing nature – he genuinely loves everyone he meets. Casper also enjoys playing with other dogs and has a fun, social personality. Even though his past wasn’t the most typical, he’s handled everything with a wagging tail and a great attitude. He’s ready to find a home where he can keep being his happy, loving self.

Dog Pre-Adoption Questionnaire

The Victoria Center is open for in-person adoption viewings Tuesday through Sunday, 12pm to 4pm, staff and animal well-being permitting!

Some animals may not be viewable due to limited shelter space, medical and behavioral reasons, or other contributing factors. Kitten and puppy meet and greets are by application only.

Due to the high number of applications, we will ONLY be following-up with the chosen adopter. If you do not hear back within a week, it’s likely the animal has already found a forever home. Phone inquires and emails regarding the status of your application cannot always be prioritized.
