Meet the amazing Anya!

This sweet girl is waiting for her person to find her and take her home! Anya came to us with her brother after unfortunately being abandoned and is seeking a home with the stability and love she so deeply craves. She is quite nervous in new situations and is eager to build some confidence to help her thrive. Her world has been pretty small, but she is excited to gain more experiences and become her best self.

Anya has had limited exposure to other dogs, although she has been doing well with other dogs in our care through the fence so she could potentially do well with a doggy sibling to help show her the ropes. She is working on her housetraining and her manners as she doesn’t seem to know her own size and can get pretty exuberant! We are working on getting her used to a harness and leash as they are new to her and she is quite fearful of them. Anya is a quick learner and is very food motivated, which makes Positive Reinforcement training a breeze! She is a very goofy girl and will be sure to entertain you with her personality!
