Meet Birdie!
Birdie is a stunning and spirited cat with a lot to say – and she’ll make sure you hear every word! This chatty girl thrives on interaction and affection, and she’s looking for a home where she can be the center of attention. If you’re someone who enjoys deep conversations with your feline friends, Birdie is your perfect match.
As a Bengal, Birdie is not your average lap cat. She’s intelligent, active, and needs plenty of mental and physical stimulation to stay happy. Puzzle toys, interactive play, and a cat tree with a view will all go a long way in keeping her engaged. She’s incredibly sweet and loves being with her people, so a home where someone is around often would be ideal.
We recommend that anyone interested in adopting Birdie take the time to research the Bengal breed. Their energy, curiosity, and vocal nature can be a joy – but they’re not for everyone. If you’re ready for a smart and social companion who will keep you on your toes (and on your schedule!), Birdie might just be the one.

1.) Submit an online application adopt.spca.bc.ca and staff will contact the first suitable adopter to set-up a visit! Kindly note that due to the high number of applications and the availability of walk-in adoptions an online applicant would have to be available to come in for a meet within 24 hrs.

Richmond Adoption Fees
*Fees vary by location and are subject to change without notice. Adoption fees are subject to PST (Provincial Sales Tax), which will be added at the time of adoption.
All BC SPCA cat/kitten/dog/puppy/rabbit adoptions include a microchip and lifetime registration with the BC Pet Registry.
Registration for lifetime protection is $45 for cats/kittens/dogs/puppies and $11.25 for rabbits, which will be added to the adoption fee. For more information please visit bcpetregistry.ca
