Meet Ginger, a sweet, outgoing, and loving male orange tabby who’s looking for his forever home! He previously lived as a mostly outdoor cat but now needs to be spoiled inside with lots of attention or only allowed out in a safe, monitored way due to his medical history (he would probably go bonkers for a catio). With enthusiastic greetings and an outgoing personality, he’s sure to brighten up any room. Ginger was recently treated for a severe UTI, so a healthy urinary diet will be very important going forward to prevent any future urinary issues.
Ginger is incredibly affectionate and loves snuggling up for some quality cuddle time. He has moments of being overwhelmed by loud noises so a quiet home where his boundaries are respected would be best. He was previously a barn cat and apparently used to being around other animals so would likely be fine in a multi-cat home or with a dog with proper, slow introductions. Sometimes Ginger cat get a little overstimulated and excited, which may cause him to nip or grab at the person giving him attention so young children may not be suitable.
